How to install
In situations where a clients computer has no remote support software, Sprint Integration can install the software from this website.
Please find in the column to the right, a list of Sprint support personnel. Please click on the name of the engineer who is currently assisting you,
then choose Run or Open. If you prefer you can select download and then choose to Run or Open afterwards.
When you run the downloaded program, you might be warned that it could possibly be a virus, please ignore this warning as it is a standard response to downloading a file of this type.
Once the software has installed, the support engineer will be able to take control of your PC.
