Sprint Integration is primarily a support company who's engineers have a wide range of support skills to ensure a speedy resolution to your IT problems.

Although we have essentially three types of support, this is mainly used as a starting point as we respect the fact that all clients have unique requirements that cannot always be easily pigeon holed.

With that in mind, we can create a support plan tailored to your exact needs. To get the ball rolling, we have the following three types of plan :

Pay as you go :

This plan requires no monthly commitment from you, our time is paid for as it is required. It does attract a non discounted hourly rate and is only economical for companies with a limited dependence on Information Technology

Remote Support :

Includes quarterly site visits ensuring the smooth running of all systems. Helpdesk support is offered during normal working hours and is normally carried out by phone and remote access control. An engineer can be called out at a discounted standard rate. This plan is our most popular and is suitable for small to medium sized businesses.

Onsite Support :

Suitable for larger clients, you can have our engineers based at your site on a regular basis. This could be every day or every other week, whatever suits your requirements.
