Sprint Integration was first established in 1992 offering highly experienced account handlers and technicians, the latest technology in business telephone systems, ISO9001 standards and a knowledgeable helpful support centre. With phone technology becoming integrated with computer networks, it was becoming more and more important to ensure a high level of computer knowledge as well as phone expertise.

With that in mind, Sprint Integration merged in 2008 with an IT company called Omnisys Ltd to form a company that can offer expertise in all fields. Omnisys were formed in 2001 by senior support engineers with considerable experience supporting large London based organisations. Since they were formed, Omnisys had grown year on year and doubled the size of their workforce and client base. Omnisys were finding increasingly, many I.T. solutions involved some form of communications element, which meant that partnering a communications company became an important part of future growth.

During 2008 the decision was made to use the Sprint Integration name for the merged company and in May 2008 Sprint Integration and Omnisys moved from Basildon and Wickford respectively to their new offices near Southend in Essex.
